Fair-Use & Acceptable-Use Policy
Balancing unlimited lifetime editing with cloud resource quotas and community safety standards.
Effective Date: October 24, 2026 · Governed under Laws of India
1. Purpose of the Policy
Because Follioo provides hosted digital portfolios for a one-time fee of ₹99 with no renewals, this Fair-Use and Acceptable-Use Policy ("AUP") ensures our shared infrastructure remains robust, fast, and secure for all users while safeguarding against platform abuse.
2. Storage and Resource Limits
Each ₹99 Lifetime Pass includes generous resource limits tailored for modern student and professional portfolios:
- Domain & Subdomain: 1 active personal subdomain (e.g.
username.follioo.site,username.follioo.xyz, orusername.follioo.in). Switching between supported domains is permitted. - Image Storage: Up to 5 project showcase images per portfolio. All images are compressed client-side to modern WebP format (max 300 KB each) to guarantee rapid mobile loading.
- Avatar / Profile Photo: 1 profile photo (WebP format, max 300 KB) or an unlimited number of vector avatar configurations.
- Content & Text Revisions: Unlimited text edits, project updates, skill additions, and palette/layout switches for the entire lifetime of your account.
- Bandwidth & Visitor Traffic: Up to 100,000 portfolio page views per month cached across Cloudflare edge nodes.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities
Follioo portfolios are strictly for bona fide professional, academic, creative, and career presentation. You agree not to publish, link to, or promote:
🚫 Illegal & Fraudulent Activity
Phishing login traps, fraudulent payment solicitations, Ponzi/crypto scams, counterfeit credentials, or fake job offerings.
🚫 Impersonation & Trademark Squatting
Registering subdomains or profiles pretending to be existing companies, public figures, government agencies, or recruiters.
🚫 Adult & Explicit Material
Pornographic media, escort services, sexually explicit images, or non-consensual imagery.
🚫 Malware, Exploits & Attacks
Hosting executable malware, keyloggers, botnet command nodes, or running unauthorized network scans from portfolio pages.
4. Violations, Notice, and Unpublishing Protocols
We employ automated scanning and community report mechanisms to detect policy infringements:
- Non-Critical Infringements (e.g. image quota exceeded, minor trademark ambiguity): Follioo will issue a written warning to your registered email address with a 48-hour cure notice requesting content modification.
- Severe Violations (e.g. phishing, malware, child safety, overt financial fraud): Immediate temporary suspension and unpublishing of the subdomain to protect the public, followed by email notification with reasons.
- Right to Appeal: If you believe your portfolio was unpublished in error, you may file an appeal by emailing support@progvision.online with verification evidence within 14 days.
5. Reporting Violations
To report a portfolio that violates this Fair-Use Policy, please submit a report to support@progvision.online with the subject line AUP Report — [Subdomain] and include screenshots or relevant links.
